Carol has been a nurse for 26 years with experience of hospital, community, Marie Curie and general practice nursing. She has been a practice nurse since 1995. She has worked in many locations around the country plus 3 years in Germany in an Army Medical Centre. She has Diploma qualifications in Asthma, Diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease, Family Planning and Triage. She also holds a Minor Illness Diploma and has worked as a Minor Illness nurse in General Practice since 2003; this enabled Carol to diagnose and treat patients in her own clinics.
More recently, Carol gained the BSc(Hons) Nurse Practitioner degree to advance her clinical assessment skills, enabling her to assess and treat a wide range of presenting medical conditions.
