The online registration form is Encrypted and Secure the same as your online bank account and therefore can not be eavesdropped. The information provided is sent directly to The Village Medical Centre and is not passed to any other parties.
It is important that we gather as much information as we possibly can about your health, as this information aids our doctors and nurses in making medical decisions about you if you need to visit the surgery before we receive your clinical notes from your previous surgery, which can often take up to two months.
We therefore ask you to complete as much of the online registration form as possible.
