We would like to thank all patients who took part in this years patient survey.
The doctors at your practice want to provide the highest standard of care and the feedback we have received from the survey will enable them to identify areas that may need improvement. Your opinions are therefore very valuable.
We are currently awaiting the final results of this years survey and we will make a copies availble both for download and to read in the surgery in the near future.
